Emergency services were called to the agricultural workshop on Rue de la Blanche Pierre, near Mont Felard, at around 6.30 am on Friday, with the huge smoke clouds being visible across much of the Island.
It remains unclear how the fire started although it was thought to have been fuelled by a number of gas cylinders exploding.
