Restaurant owner Laurraine Falle, who runs the restaurant Feast which is also on Gorey Pier, submitted plans to transform the run-down former boatyard at 18 Gorey Pier and the adjoining Sail Loft shop into a restaurant, deli and ‘performance space’.
But Mr Makin, who lives next door to the site, says that the area should be used for extra parking rather than a restaurant.
