Christian bookshop celebrates 40 years

The shop in the Central Market opened for business in 1973 on the site of a former butcher’s shop to fill the gap for Christian literature that then existed in the Island.

Today, it stocks everything from Bibles, study guides and greeting cards to CDs, DVDs and Christian gifts.

However, those who run it say it is much more than just a shop – it is a haven for the distressed and a resource for those seeking to find out more about Christ.
