JERSEY’S junior hockey players travel to Guernsey with six squads this weekend as they take on their Channel Island rivals across multiple age groups. Boys’ and girls’ teams at Under-14 and Under-16 level will all be in action, while the Under-12s will contest the inter-insular for the first time.
Jersey will be hoping to repeat last year’s success, when the Under-14 and Under-16 sides swept to a four-trophy haul on home soil.
Girls Under-16’s

Jersey’s Under-16’s played out a close 2-2 draw last year in Jersey, even after being reduced to ten players, the Jersey side held on to retain the trophy.
Anais McDermott and Farrah Firby scored the two Jersey goals in 2025.

Boys Under-16’s
Jersey have dominated the Under-16 Boys fixtures for 11 years and will be hoping to continue that form into tomorrow’s fixtures.
Jersey won 2-0 last year and Bill Aston and Dominic Simpson’s sides are repeatedly performing against their Island neighbours.
Girls Under-14’s

Jersey won 3-2 in last year’s affair with goals from Clara Muller, Bethannie Wood and Lexi Edward, who is now a part of the Under-16 squad.

Boys Under-14’s
The 2025 edition of the Boys Under-14’s fixture ended in a comfortable 4-2 victory for the Caesareans.
Rafi Hern, Kobi Helmholt-Kneisel, Sam Le Boutillier and Willoughby Spry scored a goal each.
Willoughby is now competing for the Under-16 side.
Under-12’s
Jersey’s most junior side are looking to add to Jersey’s success in recent years as Jersey Hockey travel with six teams for the first time in their history.
