The After School Club at Rouge Bouillon School

THE Jersey Bulls Community Foundation has announced the renewal of its After School Club at Rouge Bouillon School for the 2025/26 season.

After the success of its inaugural year, Ogier are once again providing valuable support as sponsor.

Foundation director Jonathon Buesnel said: “We are extremely grateful for the continued support of Ogier to this programme. Staff at Rouge Bouillon have attested to the positive impact that the After School Club has had on individual pupils and school life in general.”

Commenting on the effects of the inaugural scheme, Rouge Bouillon PE lead, Andre Le Rossignol, said: “The club has helped to form our Year 4s into a trusting community, built on the principles of respect, encouragement of others and fair play. The values and enthusiasm of our footballers has permeated the whole year-group, and I believe has led to a higher degree of intrinsic motivation, self confidence and initiative in school too.”

Ogier is one of Rouge Bouillon School’s corporate partners, supporting its pupils since 2017 in the Every Child our Future Ready to Read programme.

Ogier’s corporate social responsibility manager Nicola Carroll said: “We’re thrilled to continue our support of the Jersey Bulls Community Foundation After School Support Programme, especially after seeing the fantastic results in its first year at Rouge Bouillon School.

“Hearing from the PE lead how the programme has enriched the lives of the Year 4 pupils, built their confidence, and enabled a team to enter the Primary School Football League is truly inspiring.

“We are excited to see what this year’s cohort will achieve and look forward to supporting their journey both on and off the pitch.”
