Trotter (17) has been chosen in the eastern parish club’s team for Finals Day at Weybrook Park Golf Club in Basingstoke on Sunday.
The other team members are Jonny Anderson, Sam Crenan, Alex Guelpa, Matthew Parkman, Gavin O’Neill and Robbie Messervy.
Royal team manager Ian Daly said: ‘Steve Bowen has withdrawn due to a recent injury and Adam is a perfect replacement.
‘Adam has been playing well and recently he scored a junior course record of 65, which is a fine achievement.’
