The 27-year-old has a quite astonishing sporting record; she’s competed in field events at World Championships and Commonwealth Games, bobsleighed for Great Britain and more recently been selected for the rugby England’s 7s development squad.
After picking up serious injuries while playing rugby, Thérin – who moved to the Island from the country of her birth, New Zealand, when eight-years-old –began cycling as a way of keeping fit.
