Despite the bad weather, Jersey Rally chairman Richard Buchanan believes the roads will dry out in time.
He said: ‘It’s going to be a wet rally, there’s no doubt about that. Some parts are under water but I’m confident it will drain away.
‘There are also lots of leaves on the roads so it is certainly going to be spectacular for spectators.’
