Over 6,000 children and students have received free Tri-Golf coaching in Island schools and in the community over the period and with the programme continuing to expand extra funds are required to keep it going.
Wayne Osmand, head of JGD, said that a minimal fee was paid to the coaches and they had support from charities like the Variety Club, the Vardon Trust and Le Tournois helping us, but more sponsorship was needed.
