THE St Lawrence Deputies’ election is to go ahead after the Royal Court ruled that Reform Jersey candidate Sarah Westwater’s nomination was valid – despite sections of her form being completed in an incorrect order. The decision to uphold Ms Westwater’s nomination means there remains a three-way fight for two St Lawrence Deputies’ seats. Her election rivals – Kirsten Morel and Gregory Guida – argued in favour of her candidacy and staging the election.
