A SENIOR healthcare assistant has been nominated for Community Champion of the Year for “creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected”.
Ceri Sullivan was praised by her nominator, Michael O’Neill, for going above and beyond to support service users through difficult times, reassure worried families and help her colleagues.
“Her positivity is infectious, and she inspires those around her to show the same kindness, respect, and commitment,” said Mr O’Neill.
He also praised Miss Sullivan for making people feel seen, heard and appreciated, describing the impact she has on the lives of others as immeasurable.
“She is passionate about improving the lives of others and works tirelessly to promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing,” he added.
