A DEDICATED sales manager who consistently goes above and beyond to support his customers has been nominated for the Customer Service Employee of the Year award.
Nominator Racquel Goncalves said Bruno Goncalves, sales manager at Bel Royal Motors, was “the most hardest working person” she knew and was always committed to helping both customers and colleagues.
Ms Goncalves said Mr Goncalves was knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to his customers’ needs, explaining the cars and specifications available and helping them find what best suited their requirements.
She added that, despite the reputation some car salespeople had for being pushy, Mr Goncalves was “definitely not that”, and would always be honest if he felt a particular car was not right for a customer.
She added that he was “always there with a smile on his face”, while his commitment had resulted in outstanding feedback and reviews from customers grateful for both the service they received when purchasing their cars and the ongoing support afterwards.
