SEB Leonard has been nominated for Mental Health Champion of the Year by his sister, Annie, who described him as someone who has “really changed his life around”.
Despite suffering from two head injuries and being involved in a road traffic collision during the last year, Mr Leonard has sought to improve his life against all odds.
Miss Leonard said: “It’s fair to say that Seb had a lot to deal with in the space of 12 months. However, at the start of 2026, he changed his life around.”
Now, Mr Leonard is an advocate for men’s mental health, alongside helping those who have gone through similar experiences as a support worker for the Lifeline Group.
His sister added: “We will always love every version of him. Seb, we are beyond proud of you and you deserve this award.”
