A “WELL-LOVED” barista who runs the busy student café at Jersey College for Girls has been nominated for the Customer Service Employee of the Year award.
Nobertro Berenguer runs the Hector’s Café with “boundless energy, positivity and kindness” which is “infectious” around the school, according to nominator Stephanie Humphries.
Mr Berenguer is known for always greeting students and staff with a warm smile, despite always being busy in the noisy café.
Miss Humphries said that Mr Berenguer’s hard work, dedication and cappuccinos – which were praised as the best on the Island – deserve “full recognition”.
