A COURT will hear evidence to settle disputed facts in a domestic abuse case next month.
Matthew O’Halloran appeared in the Magistrate’s Court on Monday, when a Newton hearing was scheduled for 23 November.
The hearing will allow the court to decide which version of events to accept before determining a sentence.
Advocate James Corbett was defending and Relief Magistrate David Le Cornu was presiding.
O’Halloran remains on conditional bail.
