VOTING opens tomorrow for the 2026 Pride of Jersey awards following a record number of nominations being submitted.
The awards, organised by the Jersey Evening Post, were first launched in 2015 and has celebrated hundreds of local heroes in the 11 years since.
In total, more than 300 nominees have been put forward across 14 categories
Islanders can vote for their finalists in each award from 9am tomorrow morning, with voting closing on Tuesday 6 October.
After votes have been cast for the 14 awards, including the new Sports Ambassador of the Year category, the top three in each category will make the final shortlist.
Winners will then be chosen by a panel of judges from those shortlisted and will be announced at the special ceremony on 18 November, held at the Royal Jersey Showground.
Each winner will be presented with a prize worth £1,000 from the sponsor of their category at the event.

Pride of Jersey 2026 is supported by two co-headline sponsors – DFDS and Jersey Post. Voting is open at prideofjersey.com and closes at 11.59pm on Tuesday 6 October.
