THE first of the aircraft set to take to the skies for this week’s Jersey International Air Display arrived in the Island last night.
A Douglas A-26 Invader touched down in Jersey on Monday yesterday evening as preparations ramp up for the annual spectacle, which takes place over St Aubin’s Bay on Thursday.
Organisers have also been busy setting up on the beach ahead of the display.
The JEP will be marking the occasion with a special Jersey International Air Display Preview supplement in tomorrow’s newspaper, featuring everything you need to know ahead of the big day – including the aircraft taking part and what to look out for.
Watch the A-26 Invader arrive below – and pick up tomorrow’s JEP for our full Air Display special.
