A LINE-UP of local DJs will take to the stage this Friday in memory of a 25-year-old skateboarder who took his own life just under two years ago.
Organised by the Danny Cram Foundation, A Night For Danny is set to bring “some of the Island’s finest DJs” to The Lounge for “a night of great vibes”.
The line-up includes Serpnt, C-Phonics and Sophie Kilpatrick, while a raffle ticket is included in the £12 entry fee.
The foundation was established in 2025 following Danny Cram’s death in December 2024. He was remembered as “a kind and courageous soul, a fearless skateboarder, an avid surfer, snowboarder and an award-winning plumber”.
Since his death, close friend and foundation co-founder Eddie da Rocha has campaigned for better mental-health services in Jersey and encouraged Islanders who are struggling to seek support.
Mr Cram’s mother, Louise Cram, has also spoken out about medical professionals who she said “failed” her son by not securing urgent support for him.
The foundation’s work has included suicide-awareness training for barbers and six-a-side football, while an online fundraiser has raised almost £17,000 to support young adults’ mental health.
A Night For Danny takes place at The Lounge in St Helier this Friday from 8pm until 2am.
