West of Town association revived after six-year hiatus

A RESIDENTS’ association covering the West of Town area has been re-established for the first time since 2019.

At a public meeting organised by the Parish of St Helier, residents discussed a range of local issues, including traffic, parking, events in People’s Park, future hospital access, planning matters and neighbourhood improvements, before agreeing to revive the West of Town Community Association.

The next step will be the formation of a steering group, with appointments due to be made at the association’s next meeting in October.
