A 31-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving following a car, van, motorcycle and coach crash on the Esplanade this afternoon.
States police confirmed that there were no serious injuries as a result of the incident, which took place near the Gloucester Street junction around 1pm.
However, the car driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.
There was major traffic disruption in town as States police, honorary police, ambulance and the fire service attended the scene.
The Tunnel was shut to westbound traffic for a time.
The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
