JERSEY’S ROADS will come alive tomorrow as nearly 1,000 participants take on The Hospice Half, the island’s premier half marathon event supporting Jersey Hospice Care.

The race kicks off at 8am from The Hospice West shop in St Ouen, with runners tackling the 13.1-mile route to the finish line at Jersey Hospice Care on Mont Cochon.

This year’s event sees a mix of solo runners alongside 2-person and 4-person relay teams, all hoping to challenge themselves over the scenic but testing course. The current race record of 1:13:37, held by Joshua Brien, is up for grabs, with a £100 voucher awaiting anyone who can better it.

Race Packs

All participants must collect their race packs from Rock N Road Run Co at Liberty Wharf before 3pm on Saturday. Each pack includes a race bib, which must be displayed on the front of your top with emergency contact details completed on the back, a coach ticket, a bag tag, and a t-shirt if ordered.
