INFRASTRUCTURE and Environment Department workers were called to a small landslide between Rue des Mans and Rue du Pont Marquet in St Brelade earlier this evening.

States police initially urged Islanders to avoid the area if possible, but have since confirmed that the road has been reopened.

The force described the incident as a “minor landslide” and said it was being dealt with by the Infrastructure and Environment Department.
