JERSEY has been named one of TripAdvisor’s must-visit UK destinations for 2026.
The ‘travel guidance platform’ – which hosts millions of reviews, including hotels, restaurants and bars – lists Jersey in its top ten of UK destinations as part of its 2026 Travellers’ Choice Awards.
TripAdvisor praised Jersey for its unique blend of “English reserve and French savoir faire”, as well as its “diverse attractions and natural beauty, offering something for every type of visitor – from short breaks and romantic escapes to active adventures, foodie experiences, and unforgettable family holidays.”
Fewer than one per cent of TripAdvisor’s eight million listings achieve this level of distinction.
Tricia Warwick, chief executive of Visit Jersey, said: “We are incredibly proud to see Jersey recognised as one of TripAdvisor’s Best Destinations of 2026, alongside major capital cities such as London and Edinburgh.

The top ten UK list is: 1. London; 2. Edinburgh; 3. Liverpool; 4. Manchester; 5. Glasgow; 6. York; 7. Bath; 8. Belfast 9. Torquay; 10. Jersey.
