Artist Theodore Jenner has been creating Christmas cards with Jersey-themed designs for the past five years.

Gorey design by Theodore Jenner

Popular cards include designs of Gorey, the Plemont Puffins and Archirondel, and there are eight to choose from this year in total.

He explained that he originally started designing with pen and ink, and has now progressed to a mixture of pen and digital.

Each card also has a winter-themed rhyme on the back, unique to the specific design.

He shared that we was inspired to start creating cards by the likes of TinTin and Snoopy, and aims to “showcase the island” in a way where it is “fantastical” and “snowy” for the festive period.

On his website, theojenner.co.uk, Islanders can also purchase festive mugs, decorations, and a variety of other designs.

Those wanting to get ahead of their Christmas shopping can find Theodore’s stall at The Christmas Market in the Royal Square, with his cards also available to purchase in the Harbour Gallery, Jersey Artisans, Little Wren, and Queens Road Pharmacy.
