Deputy Jonathan Le Tocq

GUERNSEY Deputy Jonathan Le Tocq will appear before Guernsey’s Royal Court on 4 December for a plea and directions hearing.

The date was set after his case was formally committed to the island’s upper court this week.

The former chief minister faces charges relating to indecent and pornographic images and telecommunication offences.

He remains in custody, having been repeatedly re-remanded since his July arrest.
