St Helier’s Christmas Light Switch-On is returning “even bigger and more magical” for 2025, with three nights of festive celebrations planned from Thursday 13 to Saturday 15 November.

The festivities begin on Thursday with a Tiny Tots Switch-On at Parade Gardens from 4pm to 6pm, featuring a family sing-along show, fireworks, and a Christmas Village with food, drink, and entertainment.

A sensory-friendly switch-on will take place on Friday 14 November from 3.45pm to 4.45pm, offering a calmer experience without loud noises, flashing lights or crowds.

The main switch-on and parade will follow that evening, with live music from 5pm and Santa’s Parade setting off from West’s Centre at 7pm before the lights and fireworks at 8pm.

Festivities continue on Saturday 15 November with the Battle of Flowers Christmas Parade, beginning at 6pm after an afternoon of live entertainment at Parade Gardens.

Head of Engagement and Town Centre Manager, Connor Burgher, said that changes had been made as a result of feedback, and that the parish had sought to create “an even bigger and more magical Christmas Lights Festival that will cater to everyone”.

“We are excited to bring you what is shaping up to be the best Christmas St Helier has ever seen,” he added.
