STATES police are looking for witnesses to antisocial driving incident on Saturday 4 October night which nearly ended in a head-on collision.
Reports said a grey VW Golf R was travelling from Gorey towards St Helier along Grande Route des Sablons and was just before La Rocque Harbour at 10.10pm.
Police said the car crossed the central white line and narrowly missed a car heading east. The car travelling east stopped and the driver spoke to a pedestrian, but the VW driver did not stop.

Police would like to speak to:
- the driver and passenger from the car heading east
- any witnesses
- anyone with dashcam footage of the grey VW in the Gorey area
- anyone with information about a grey VW Golf R involved in street racing.
