ASA Tribe becomes the first Jerseyman to score a double century in the County Championship.

Tribe has reached his double century against Northamptonshire from 293 deliveries, including 30 fours and two sixes.

Tribe’s excellent run of form over the past few fixtures now sees him become Glamorgan’s youngest double centurion since 2016.

The double century in the Rosethay County Championship match at Northampton marks his fourth ton in the last 18 days. Tribe is proving his worth at Glamorgan, he has now amounted 758 runs from 825 balls, including 90 fours and 11 sixes.

Batting for a total of 395 minutes, Tribe’s efforts came to an end after reaching an emphatic 206 runs.
