A NEW wellness hub for women has opened at the Royal Square at the bottom of an historic private members’ club.
Eve Studios, founded by wellness coach Trudi Roscouet, opened its doors last week in a newly renovated space in the United Club that was previously the Registrar’s Office.
The studio aims to provide a “non-judgmental” space where women can focus on their health and fitness in a fun and accessible environment.
Ms Roscouet, who was named Jersey’s Inspirational Woman of the Year in 2023 for her work raising awareness and supporting women through menopause, has spent nearly a decade developing the concept for Eve Studios.
She described Eve Studios as being about “more than just fitness”, noting that instead she hoped it would become a place for “women to come together, hold each other accountable, and build real community” – whether they are a “teenager navigating body changes, a new mum looking for postnatal support, or in midlife exploring strength, recovery, and menopause”.
