POLICE are appealing for information after two women sustained minor facial injuries in an alleged fight in town.
The incident took place at approximately 2am on Sunday 25 May near Zarcos (formerly Rojo’s) and West’s Centre.
In an appeal for information, police said that one of those involved in the alleged fight was seen to run towards Hilary Street.
She was described as 5ft 7″ tall, with brown hair in braids, and was wearing dark clothing and a white T-shirt with red writing on the front.
Officers would like to speak with anyone who may have seen this or who has any information about this incident.
