Two teenagers have been arrested after allegedly stealing from a Co-op Locale in town, where they reportedly threatened staff.
In an appeal for information, the States police said the incident took place in the Co-op’s La Colomberie store at around 7.10pm on Sunday.
The force stated that it had received a call about two teenagers entering the store and making threats to staff before stealing some “low-value” items and leaving.
Two boys aged 15 and 14 were subsequently arrested.
Both have been bailed pending further investigation.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 612612, or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at Crimestoppers-uk.org.
