BUSINESSES which have exported or imported to or from the European Union are being asked to share their experiences with the government.

The External Relations Department is inviting comments from Islanders who have done business with the EU since a post-Brexit trade deal came into force four years ago.

The findings of the survey will help with efforts to reduce barriers to Jersey businesses, according to the government.

They will also be used in discussions with the UK government ahead of its “reset” negotiations with the EU.

Responses are anonymous, but businesses also have the option to provide their contact address.

The survey, which is open until Wednesday next week, can be found on the government website.
