THE Island’s only Michelin-starred restaurant has been named one of the best in the British Isles by a national guide.
Bohemia has held a Michelin star for 20 consecutive years and has now been included in the 2025 Harden’s Guide top 100 UK restaurants, ranking 48th.
It is the only restaurant in the Channel Islands to be included on the list.
Bohemia’s head chef, Callum Graham, said he was “absolutely delighted” with the recognition.
He added: “It’s a true testament to our teams, both front and back of house, who are a joy to work with, as they always put our guests first. We are absolutely delighted to have been ranked in the top 50 UK restaurants for 2025, having spent a lot of time over the last year refining and raising our game.”
Harden’s Guide is based on feedback from diners, rather than professional reviewers, with a total of 30,000 reports submitted from a survey of 2,500 people.
Lawrence Huggler, managing director of the Huggler Group, which includes The Club Hotel & Spa and Bohemia, said: “A huge thank you to Callum, the entire kitchen brigade and to Dimitri and his front-of-house team.
“They have, in Bohemia’s 20th year of holding a Michelin Star, yet again raised the bar.”
