THE police want to speak to a man seen on CCTV in relation to an alleged indecent exposure near the Railway Walk.

A man is said to have exposed himself to a woman who was out walking, according to the police.

They have now released CCTV showing a man collecting his bike.

They are continuing their appeal for witnesses after the incident, which occurred around 9am on 23 July in Pont Marquet Country Park, near the Railway Walk.

“We have now had access to some CCTV in the area and we would like to speak to the man seen collecting his bike in the footage,” the States police said in a statement.

The police said in July that the man who is alleged to have exposed himself was approximately 5’8 tall and in his early 20s.

He was described as clean shaven with a few dark freckles, with dark wavy hair which was curly at the front, and had been wearing a grey tracksuit top, grey tracksuit bottoms, a white T-shirt and grey trainers.

He had walked past the woman and “briefly exchanged some words” in an accent that was described as “possibly Portuguese”.

Anyone with any information on the incident is encouraged to call the police on 612612 or use Crimestoppers’ anonymous reporting options, either on 0800 555 111 or at crimestoppers-uk.org.
