A 32-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with a string of sexual offences against a teenage girl.
Matthew Donald Snepp is accused of performing a sex act on the girl, forcing her to perform a sex act on him, touching her sexually without her consent and making contact with her for sexual gratification.
Relief Magistrate David Le Cornu ruled that the case was too serious for the Magistrate’s Court to deal with and ordered Mr Snepp to appear for indictment in the Royal Court on 1 November.
He will remain in custody until then.
