BERGERAC has “returned to Jersey” as filming for the reboot is taking place in the Island…
Those behind the new six-episode series – commissioned by BBC-owned broadcaster UKTV – have been shooting scenes here since Thursday, with filming having already begun in the UK earlier this summer.

Executive producer Brian Constantine said: “We are thrilled that, after many years in the making, Bergerac has returned to Jersey.
“We are very grateful to Islanders for their support and are encouraged by the calibre of the team involved.”
He added: “So far production is going smoothly and that is down to everyone’s dedication and hard work.”
