A BROKEN-down vehicle has caused “considerable traffic issues” on the outskirts of town, according to States police.
Islanders are being advised to avoid the area on St Saviours Road, by the junction of La Motte Street, and officers have been sent to assist with traffic, the force said in a statement.
The statement said: “Due to a broken-down vehicle on St Saviours Road, by the junction of La Motte Street, there is considerable traffic issues around this area.
“Please avoid the area at this time. We are sending Police Officers to assist with traffic at this time.”
