THE States police are investigating the unexpected death of a woman in a private address in Ann Street.
Several police cars and ambulances were sent to the scene in St Helier earlier this morning.
In a statement issued the JEP at around 10.30am, the States police said: “Following calls to the emergency services control room this morning, the States of Jersey Police is dealing with the unexpected death of a female in a private address in St Helier.
“This remains under investigation and a report will be submitted to the Deputy Viscount in due course.”
