BRITISH Airways is to re-instate its Jersey to Gatwick service.
The airline, which dropped the route during the Covid pandemic, will operate four flights per week during the summer season.
These will be in addition to the service from London Heathrow, which operates up to five times per day.
BA Euroflyer, British Airways’ Gatwick-based subsidiary, will be operating the flights from Tuesday to Friday every week on its A320 aircraft.
The flights will depart Gatwick at 9.35am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9.20am on Thursdays and 3.05pm on Fridays. The return flights will leave Jersey at 12.10pm on Tuesdays, 12.05pm on Wednesdays, 11.55am on Thursdays and 5.30pm on Fridays.
Customers will have the choice of two seat-types on every flight: Club Europe (business class) and Euro Traveller (economy).
Return flights are from £72 and are available to book on ba.com.
