A 44-YEAR-OLD woman who drove while disqualified and without insurance twice has been warned she could be jailed.

In the Magistrate’s Court on Friday 2 February, Geraldine Rosario admitted driving an uninsured car on Boxing Day and again on 18 January, despite having been banned from driving.

She also admitted failing to notify licensing authorities of a change of address.

Rosario was released on bail and is due to return to the court for sentencing on 11 March.

Relief Magistrate Sarah Fitz told her: “I am seriously considering custody.”
