A MAN accused of attempting to rob a Morrisons store has had his case sent to the Royal Court.
Sean Bernard Downey was detained on Sunday in relation to the incident at the shop on Queen’s Road on Friday evening.
He was later charged with two counts of attempted robbery and appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this week, where he was told his case was being sent to the higher court.
The 22-year-old is due to appear in the Royal Court on 15 March.
