SLURRY was strewn across a main road in St John after a farm trailer overturned near Haute Croix this morning.
Although no-one was injured in the incident in which the tractor-towed trailer overturned, Rue Militaire was closed as a clean-up operation began.
Islanders have been advised to avoid the area, with Rue Militaire closed between Route du Mont Mado and La Grande Route de St Jean.
A police spokesperson said the incident had occurred near the exit of the Morrison’s store at Haute Croix, and that no other vehicles had been involved.
