A 13-YEAR-OLD girl and two boys aged 14 have been arrested in connection with a fire at the former Planning offices at South Hill.
At the height of the blaze, 25 firefighters, four engines and a mobile command unit were at the scene.
The road was closed and people were urged to avoid the area.
The States police say that the three teenagers were arrested in town later in the day under the Fire Service Law. They also revealed that a small fire at the nearby Pier Road toilets was being linked to the incident.
