MERCHANDISE from the Island’s now-liquidated professional rugby club has been put up for sale.
Jersey Reds’ jackets, hoodies, T-shirts, polo shirts, playing kits and bags can be bought via an online auction at hammerprice.co.uk until Sunday.
Online auction house Hammer Price was appointed to oversee the sale of the merchandise by liquidators Grant Thornton.
Jersey Reds ceased trading at the end of September, going into liquidation shortly afterwards.
The company’s statement of affairs showed that the club’s assets were estimated to be worth around £142,714, but its debts totalled more than £3.1 million.
