THE latest building at the Jersey International Finance Centre has been completed.
Two financial services businesses will occupy the 69,500 square foot IFC6 – which sits on the western approaches to the Underpass adjacent to IFC 5.
Lee Henry, chief executive of the Jersey Development Company, said that IFC 6 provided critical infrastructure that will serve the local community for many decades to come.
“We are delighted to have been entrusted by Aztec Group to deliver their new global headquarters for their 600 staff based in Jersey, and Butterfield Bank for their Jersey operation, and wish them every success in their new office accommodation.
“These lettings, for 18 years and 15 years respectively, demonstrate the commitment by these businesses to Jersey and the continuing strong demand for modern, efficient and sustainable office accommodation in St Helier,” he said.
The building also includes al fresco areas for a restaurant operator.
