A 55-YEAR-OLD man has admitted attempting to smuggle cocaine into Jersey.
Andrew Kyriakou pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared in the Royal Court.
The 70 grams of the class A drug he tried to smuggle in on a ferry from Poole had an estimated street value of £15,400.
He was remanded in custody until his sentencing on 4 January.
