A 48-YEAR-OLD man appeared in the Magistrate’s Court today charged with 20 sex offences.
Richard Louis Romeril is accused of attempted rape, indecent assault and sexual penetration without consent against one alleged victim.
He is also accused of compelling her to perform sex acts on him.
Mr Romeril faces further charges of creating more than 3,000 indecent images of children.
He was remanded in custody to appear in the Royal Court for indictment 17 November.
