Police concerned for welfare of missing man

THE States police are concerned for the welfare of a man who went missing on Friday.

Richard Romeril was last seen on the morning of 8 September at approximately 8.30 am.

The force said it was known that Mr Romeril went to B&Q that morning at 9.45am, where he purchased an orange bucket and other items.

His vehicle, a black Kia Sportage, was located at Noirmont Point at around 2 pm.

Mr Romeril is described as a white male, 5 foot 3 inches tall, with a receding hair line, moustache, stocky build and is believed to be wearing a brown or orange t-shirt, with black shorts, and light-coloured work boots.

The police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen him or a male matching his description or his black Kia Sportage since Friday.
