THREE people have been arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter in relation to the Haut du Mont explosion.
The men were arrested on Wednesday and Thursday and were interviewed by police before being released on bail while investigations continue.
The bereaved families and displaced residents have been kept updated.
Nine people were killed in the explosion in the early hours of 10 December, and a tenth resident of the flats, on Pier Road, died in hospital on Christmas Day.
In a statement, the States police said: ‘Islanders are reminded not to speculate on the identities of the individuals while the investigation, which is being conducted jointly with the Health and Safety Inspectorate, remains ongoing.’
