THE main road connecting La Ville ès Renauds to Fauvic is due to be closed starting on Saturday 27 May to allow for repairs to drainage in the area.
Grande Route des Sablons is expected to be completely closed to traffic between the crossroads with La Rue de Fauvic and the intersection with La Rue à Don, in the centre of La Ville ès Renauds until Sunday 4 June.
Buses are due to be diverted, with a temporary bus stop near Fauvic Crossroads and a bus stop near Morrisons in La Ville ès Renauds.
The location of the repairs is in the middle of a narrow road, around the Pembroke Pub, meaning that all through traffic has to be diverted.
Access to premises will continue to be possible all week, and residents and businesses have been contacted.
